This project is an RSS news reader that is unobtrusive, and easily accessible; one that can run all day everyday, without interrupting your normal computer usage.
To add a feed simply type it in, or copy it into the text box on the top of the window or you can select a news feed from the list on the left and it will appear in the test box.

You may change the number of news items to display by changing the value as shown in the picture. Then click the Add button. This will add the link into the list. Then you can use the Move Up, and Move Down buttons to position the feed to your liking. Feeds at the top of the list will display before feeds at the bottom of the list.
To remove a feed form the list select the feed in the list so that it is highlighted, then click the Remove button.
To apply the changes simply click the close 'X' in the top right hand corner. The news ticker will reload and your new changes will have taken effect.
